Calorie Counting and My Goals

Okay Peeps!  I keep telling myself that I am going to get these last 10 lbs gone!  I do pretty good for about a week and then I go on vacation or I have family in town.  No complaints for either one but if I’m going to actually hit my goal it’s time I start tracking what I eat.  All the extra little crackers and small stuff that I don’t account for mentally are standing the way of my goal. Calorie counting can be time consuming but when I hit my final goal last time it was because I was tracking not only the type of food I ate but the calories that I put in my mouth.
