Chia Pudding Recipe

Do you have these ingredients at home?  I you bet most of you do! If not you can order some HERE

If you do let’s try it out together. 

3/4 cup Chia seeds 2 cups almond milk 1 tsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract to taste dash of cinnamon


Mix the ingredients together in a Mason jar and let chill in fridge for 30 minutes. The Chia seeds will swell and absorb the milk turning it to a pudding.
