3/4 cup Chia seeds 2 cups almond milk 1 tsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract to taste dash of cinnamon
Mix the ingredients together in a Mason jar and let chill in fridge for 30 minutes. The Chia seeds will swell and absorb the milk turning it to a pudding.
