This seems like such a no-brainer meal but sometimes the simplest lunches are my favorite! Have an incredible day!

  1. 4 oz cooked diced chicken breast
  2. 1 cup of chopped veggies of choice. I used carrots, celery & broccoli
  3. 1 Tbl Mayonaise
  4. 3-4 Romaine Leaves
  5. Salt & Pepper
  1. Mix Chicken, Veggies and Mayonaise ina bowl
  2. Place on Lettuce Wraps
  3. Salt & Pepper to Taste
