Salad Jars

Just tried these for the first time and I’m IN LOVE!!  They are super easy, transportable and stay fresh in the fridge for a week.


  • GREENS! (spinach, romaine, arugula, kale, etc.)
  • Fruits & Veggies (mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, apple, berries, etc.)
  • Protein (chickpeas, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, edemame, beans, grains, etc.)
  • Dressing (your favorite kind!)
