It’s been my pleasure to watch this beautiful woman grow and figure out how to treat her body in the proper way. I was browsing through her Instagram account and saw a post with an updated picture. It was clear she had lost some weight and a friend commented on it. Here are her comments.
“Other people shouldn’t be your motivation…..My big change came when I stopped hating my body and started lovingly caring for it and nourishing it. Please take care of yourself, sweetie. You are a child of the Divine. You are beautiful.
Do you have a plan for keeping it off? It’s not really that I’m dieting, I’ve just realized that I’ve not been very healthy with my eating habits, and I absolutely didn’t get enough exercise. So, I made a lifestyle change. I found out that the reason my knees are so wek is that I sit too much with legs bent. I need to strengthen my legs back up to make the pain go away. So I’m working out more and eating better.”
I’m so proud of her. Our program isn’t a QUICK weightloss program. It’s built upon simple principles of feeding your body good foods, moving 30 minutes a day and include Heavenly Father in your plans. It’s doable!
