Killer Leg Workout

I’m totally doing this workout today. I did it last week and really felt it the next day.  

I hope you enjoy it!

 1. Straight Leg Deadlifts

2. Sumo Squats with Bicep Curl

I’m talking specifically about the first exercise she shows you but all three are pretty good variations. 

3. Walking Lunges Weights Overhead

4.  Step-ups with Shoulder Press

5. 1 minute of Jumping Jacks or preferred cardio

3 Rounds to complete the circuit
