7 Air Punches Each Arm
7 High Knees each side
7 Body weight Squats Get down deep into these squats. Feel it! It may be difficult but it shouldn’t be painful. If you have knee issues don’t go so deep.
7 Butt Kicks each side
7 Overhead Sit-Ups I would prefer if you bring your arms all the way over your head resting on the floor then through your knees.
