Pumpkin Pie Smoothie-HUGE Portion only 150 Calories!

If you’re like me, and every other person, the calendar turns to fall months and your brain tells you it’s time to overload your palate with EVERYTHING pumpkin.  Although I have succumbed to a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cupcake from my favorite local bakery, I’m not going to find myself on the perpetual downward slope that leads me to never-ending sorrow come January 1st.  This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie hits the spot and leaves me without guilt! Yay for me and you!!


Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/4 Cup Kefir
  • 1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach (optional)
  1. Starting with Almond Milk, combine all ingredients in Vitamix and blend!
