If you’re like me, and every other person, the calendar turns to fall months and your brain tells you it’s time to overload your palate with EVERYTHING pumpkin. Although I have succumbed to a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cupcake from my favorite local bakery, I’m not going to find myself on the perpetual downward slope that leads me to never-ending sorrow come January 1st. This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie hits the spot and leaves me without guilt! Yay for me and you!!
- 1/4 Cup Kefir
- 1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Cup Spinach (optional)
- Starting with Almond Milk, combine all ingredients in Vitamix and blend!
