If you struggle while working out it is usually because of that voice in your head that says, “I can’t”, “I’m tired” “this is hard”. They MUST be replaced with, “I’m strong”, “keep going” or “go faster”. Our bodies need a reminder that they are capable of greater tasks than we allow them to be. You’re incredible! Don’t tell yourself anything otherwise.
