Simple Waldorf Salad

  1. 1 medium Apple- I like Granny Smith
  2. 1/2 c Chopped Red Seedless Grapes
  3. 1/4 c Chopped Walnuts
  4. 2 T Light Mayonaise
  5. Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Clean and wash all the produce.
  2. Chop apple into 1/2 inch approximate cubes
  3. Mix Apple, Grapes, Walnuts and Mayonaise together in a medium bowl.
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste

 I make this salad all the time!  Mostly because I usually have all the ingredients in my fridge.  I’m sure if you are choosing to add chicken and even some lettuce to this recipe to make it a full meal it would also be fantastic!
