Sweet Fruit Smoothie

This one is sweet..  sugars from the pineapple juice and berries makes this smoothie more of a treat than a nutritious snack.   I always add spinach or chia seeds to add nutritional value above the fruit.

Ingredients
  1. 1- small can of Pineapple juice- NOT from concentrate
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  3. 1 cup frozen berries - black or red raspberries, or blueberries
  4. handful of spinach
  5. water and ice optional
Instructions
  1. Throw everything in the blender. Drink
