This one is sweet.. sugars from the pineapple juice and berries makes this smoothie more of a treat than a nutritious snack. I always add spinach or chia seeds to add nutritional value above the fruit.
- 1- small can of Pineapple juice- NOT from concentrate
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen berries - black or red raspberries, or blueberries
- handful of spinach
- water and ice optional
- Throw everything in the blender. Drink
